Many of us forget to acknowledge people around us for their services. While we never forget to criticize if they make a blunder. Well no matter what even if we do 100 good things people will hardly talk about it or even if they do, they do it half-heartedly. But you make one mistake, people will talk about it 100 times.
There are some people in certain organization where the one who talk more are appreciated. Let me share my little experience. There are three kinds of employee. Number one comes who do less and talk more. This group of people are very diplomatic. They can talk like hell in certain office meetings. Whatever they say is nothing more than mere hocus pocus. They are nothing more than a bunch of bloody crooks.
Second comes the one who works and talk less. These are the group of people who are being suppressed, oppressed and never appreciated for their performance. And the people who only talk are always acknowledged and appreciated by the Bosses. Well among all, this group is a very dangerous group. They are the perfect manipulative. They can turn everything topsy- turvy in the system .
